When we refer to “DataBravo”, “we”, or “us” in this policy we mean WooRank SPRL, trading as DataBravo, which controls the information DataBravo collects when you use the Product and Services. DataBravo offers website review and analytics tools and additional services referred to in this policy as “Products and Services”. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our Product and Services or interact with any other aspect of our business.
DataBravo processes personally identifiable data and non-identifiable data for the sole purpose of communicating, marketing and delivering its own Products and Services.
We collect information about you when you sign-up for a DataBravo account and when you modify this data. In order to sign-up for a DataBravo account, you have to provide contact information and, in some cases, billing information. DataBravo is not able to deliver its Products and Services without the collection and processing of this personally identifiable data.
The DataBravo Product and Services also includes customer support, where you may choose to submit information regarding a problem you are having with our Product or Services or to ask a question about how DataBravo works. If you open a support ticket or contact us to discuss a support matter, you will be asked to provide personally identifiable information that will allow us to contact you to resolve the problem or discuss the matter further.
We collect certain billing and payment information when you sign-up for a DataBravo account. As part of this process and for paid accounts, you will be asked to provide payment information, such as payment card details, which we collect via a secure payment processing services.
We keep track of certain information about you when you visit and interact with our Product and Services. This information includes the features you use and how you interact with our Product and Services. This information is collected solely for the purpose of enhancing and improving the DataBravo experience.
We collect information about the device (computer, phone, tablet, etc.) you use to access the Product and Services. This information includes your connection type and settings when you update your information. We also collect information through your device about your operating system, browser type and IP address.
All data collected by the WooRank tool and therefore presented on DataBravo can be manually accessed by several other means publicly available online (Whois Lookup, Google Cached Pages, etc.). That is why every single report generated via our Product and Services, is considered 'public' and is thus stored in our database. Furthermore, it can be indexed by search engines.
WooRank and DataBravo collects and uses website information to operate its Products and Services and deliver the services you have requested. This information can include: IP address, domain names, estimated visitors, on-site and off-site SEO analysis, usability, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used by WooRank and DataBravo for the operation of its Product and Services and to provide general statistics regarding use of the WooRank web tool.
The first time you use the DataBravo website, a cookie (a piece of data sent by our website) will be stored on your computer. This will allow us to “remember” you and tailor the site to your preferences. Our cookies enable us to give you the best possible experience on our website and part of this involves tracking your journey from page to page. By doing so, we can display data and content that is relevant to you.
How we use the information we collect depends in part on which Product and Services you use, how you use them and any preference you have communicated with us.
We use information about you to provide our Product and Services to you, including authentication when you log in, processing transactions and providing customer support.
We use your contact information to send transactional communications, including confirming your purchases, reminding you of account expirations, responding to your comments, questions and requests, providing customer support and sending you other administrative messages. We may also provide tailored communications based on your activity and interactions with us. For example, a certain action you take in the Products and Services may automatically trigger a suggestion or communication which will help you use the Products and Services. We also send you communications to onboard you to our Product and Service, to help you become more proficient and to help you get the most out of our Products and Services. These communications are part of the Products and Services and in most cases you cannot opt out of them. If an opt-out is available, you will find the option within the communication itself or in your account settings.
We use your contact information and information about how you use the Product and Services to send promotional communications that may be of specific interest to you, including by email and by displaying DataBravo adverts on other companies’ websites and applications, as well as on platforms like Facebook and Google. These communications are aimed at maximizing what you get out of the Product and Services, including information about new features, surveys and questionnaires, newsletters and events and other information which we think may be of interest to you. We will also communicate with you about new product offers, promotions and contests. You can control whether you receive communications as described below in”Opt-out of communications”.
We use your information to resolve technical issues and answer any questions you might have about our Product and Services.
We use information about you and your use of the Product and Services to verify accounts, to monitor suspicious or fraudulent activity and to identify violations of DataBravo’s Terms of Service.
Where required by law or where we believe it is necessary to protect our legal rights, interests and the interests of others, we use information about you in connection with legal claims, compliance, regulatory and audit functions.
We use information about you where you have given us consent to do so for a specific purpose not listed above. For example, we may publish testimonials or customer stories, with your permission.
If you are an individual in the European Economic Area (EEA), we collect and process information about you only when we have a legal basis for doing so under applicable EU laws. The legal basis depends on the Product and Services and how you use them. This means we collect and use information only where:
How long we keep the information we collect about you depends on the type, as described in further detail below. After such time, we will either delete or anonymize your information or, if this is not possible (for example because this information has been stored in backup archives), then we will encrypt your information and isolate it from any further use until deletion is possible.
We retain your account information until you delete your account. We also retain some of your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, to enforce our agreements, to support business operations and to continue to develop and improve our Product and Services.
If you have elected to receive marketing emails from us, we retain information about your marketing preferences unless you specifically ask us to delete such information. We retain information derived from cookies and other tracking technologies for a reasonable period of time from the date such information was requested.
